Because I don't want to cheat any species I included a picture of this cute little slug who kept me company at the campground table, though I will admit I eventually flicked him onto the ground with a stick.
Early in the morning, taking a jog (and I mean slow jog) through the park area I came onto the elk in the fog. Just a really cool view. There sure are a lot of elk in the west. The only elk I can think of in the east is the Elk Lodge.
Thank goodness for laptops and cigarette lighter (are they still called that) outlets. Just seems that at least once a day, or every other day, there is way to get connected. Small world in that sense, massive in the sense of geography.
